Is it authentic Dim Sum? No. Is it bad? No😂 good adaptation/localization of dim sum to the Spanish taste (?), however, if you are expecting authentic Cantonese style dim sum, you will be disappointed. Tasty chinese food with some mediterranean an generally "modern cuisine" influences. Even though is mainly focused on the chinese dumplings (which you should try, of course), do not forget about the rest of the menu (I found the vietnamese roll specially good). You should definitely save some room for the desserts ("classic" deep fried chocolate and banana roll and also the white chocolate mochi).
